واقع شد که آبهایی که از بالامی آمد، بایستاد و به مسافتی بسیار دور تا شهرآدم که بهجانب صرتان است، بلند شد، و آبی که به سوی دریای عربه، یعنی بحرالملح میرفت تمام قطع شد، و قوم در مقابل اریحا عبور کردند.
