Por eso, consigan siete toros y siete carneros, vayan a ver a mi siervo Job y ofrézcanlos como un sacrificio por ustedes mismos. Mi siervo Job orará por ustedes, y yo aceptaré su oración y no los castigaré por su necedad, aunque no hablaron con la verdad acerca de mí, como lo hizo Job”.

Оце ж возьміть із собою семеро назимків та семеро баранів та йдїте до раба мого Йова, й принесїте за себе жертву; й нехай слуга мій Йов помолиться за вас, бо тільки його лице я прийму, щоб не відкинути вас за те, що ви не так праведно говорили про мене, як раб мій Йов.
Зато сада узмите седам телаца и седам овнова, и идите к слузи мом Јову и принесите жртве паљенице за се, и слуга мој Јов нека се помоли за вас, јер ћу доиста погледати на њ да не учиним с вама по вашој лудости, јер не говористе о мени право као слуга мој Јов.
Итак возьмите себе семь тельцов и семь овнов и пойдите к рабу Моему Иову и принесите за себя жертву; и раб Мой Иов помолится за вас, ибо только лице его Я приму, дабы не отвергнуть вас за то, что вы говорили о Мне не так верно, как раб Мой Иов.

وَٱلْآنَ فَخُذُوا لِأَنْفُسِكُمْ سَبْعَةَ ثِيرَانٍ وَسَبْعَةَ كِبَاشٍ وَٱذْهَبُوا إِلَى عَبْدِي أَيُّوبَ، وَأَصْعِدُوا مُحْرَقَةً لِأَجْلِ أَنْفُسِكُمْ، وَعَبْدِي أَيُّوبُ يُصَلِّي مِنْ أَجْلِكُمْ، لِأَنِّي أَرْفَعُ وَجْهَهُ لِئَلَّا أَصْنَعَ مَعَكُمْ حَسَبَ حَمَاقَتِكُمْ، لِأَنَّكُمْ لَمْ تَقُولُوا فِيَّ ٱلصَّوَابَ كَعَبْدِي أَيُّوبَ».
پس حال هفت گوساله وهفت قوچ برای خود بگیرید و نزد بنده من ایوب رفته، قربانی سوختنی به جهت خویشتن بگذرانید و بندهام ایوب به جهت شما دعا خواهدنمود، زیرا که او را مستجاب خواهم فرمود، مباداپاداش حماقت شما را به شما برسانم چونکه درباره من آنچه راست است مثل بندهام ایوب نگفتید.»
