Porque para todos hay un acontecimiento, para el hombre recto y para el mal, para el limpio y para el inmundo, para el que hace una ofrenda y para el que no hace ninguna ofrenda; como es bueno así es el pecador; el que hace juramento es como el que le teme.

Todo acontece a todos de una misma manera. Lo mismo le ocurre al justo que al impío, al bueno, al puro, al impuro, al que ofrece sacrificios y al que no los ofrece, tanto al recto como al perverso, al que jura en vano como al que respeta su juramento.
