وَٱلْآنَ لَا يَخْدَعَنَّكُمْ حَزَقِيَّا، وَلَا يُغْوِيَنَّكُمْ هَكَذَا وَلَا تُصَدِّقُوهُ، لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَقْدِرْ إِلَهُ أُمَّةٍ أَوْ مَمْلَكَةٍ أَنْ يُنْقِذَ شَعْبَهُ مِنْ يَدِي وَيَدِ آبَائِي، فَكَمْ بِٱلْحَرِيِّ إِلَهُكُمْ لَا يُنْقِذُكُمْ مِنْ يَدِي؟».

So lasset euch nun durch Hiskia nicht verführen und lasset euch nicht also von ihm bereden und glaubet ihm nicht! Denn da kein Gott irgend einer Nation oder eines Königreiches sein Volk aus meiner Hand und aus der Hand meiner Väter zu erretten vermochte, so wird auch euer Gott euch nicht aus meiner Hand zu erretten vermögen!

Así que no te dejes engañar por Ezequías ni dejes que te ayude a hacer esto, y no pongas fe en lo que dice; porque ningún dios de ninguna nación o reino ha podido mantener a su pueblo a salvo de mis manos o las manos de mis antepasados; ¡cuánto menos tu Dios te mantendrá a salvo de mis manos!
