Da sandten sie hin und versammelten alle Fürsten der Philister und sprachen: Sendet die Lade des Gottes Israels wieder zurück an ihren Ort, daß sie mich und mein Volk nicht töte! Denn es war eine tödliche Bestürzung in der ganzen Stadt, und die Hand Gottes lag sehr schwer auf ihr.

Entonces enviaron y reunieron a todos los jefes de los filisteos, y dijeron: Envíen el cofre del pacto del Dios de Israel y dejen que vuelva a su lugar, para que no sea la causa de muerte para nosotros y para nuestra gente: porque había un gran temor a la muerte en todo el pueblo; La mano de Dios era muy dura para ellos allí.
