ויאמר דויד אל האלהים הלא אני אמרתי למנות בעם ואני הוא אשר חטאתי והרע הרעותי ואלה הצאן מה עשו יהוה אלהי תהי נא ידך בי ובבית אבי ובעמך לא למגפה׃
وَقَالَ دَاوُدُ لِلهِ: «أَلَسْتُ أَنَا هُوَ ٱلَّذِي أَمَرَ بِإِحْصَاءِ ٱلشَّعْبِ؟ وَأَنَا هُوَ ٱلَّذِي أَخْطَأَ وَأَسَاءَ، وَأَمَّا هَؤُلَاءِ ٱلْخِرَافُ فَمَاذَا عَمِلُوا؟ فَأَيُّهَا ٱلرَّبُّ إِلَهِي لِتَكُنْ يَدُكَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَى بَيْتِ أَبِي لَا عَلَى شَعْبِكَ لِضَرْبِهِمْ».
و داود به خدا گفت: «آيا من براي شمردن قوم امر نفرمودم و آيا من آن نيستم که گناه ورزيده، مرتکب شرارت زشت شدم؟ اما اين گوسفندان چه کرده اند؟ پس اي يهُوَه خدايم، مستدعي اينکه دست تو بر من و خاندان پدرم باشد و به قوم خود بلا مرساني.»
ဒါဝိဒ် ကလည်း ၊ ပြည်သား တို့ကို ရေတွက် စေခြင်းငှါ စီရင် သော သူကား အကျွန်ုပ် ဖြစ်ပါသည်မ ဟုတ်လော။ အကျွန်ုပ်ပြစ်မှား ပါပြီ။ အလွန်ဒုစရိုက် ကို ပြုမိပါပြီ။ ဤ သိုး တို့မူကား အဘယ်သို့ ပြု မိပါသနည်း။ အိုအကျွန်ုပ် ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏လူ တို့ကို ဒဏ်ခတ် ခြင်းငှါလက် တော်ကိုသူတို့အပေါ်သို့ ရောက်စေတော်မ မူပါနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ် နှင့် အကျွန်ုပ် အဆွေအမျိုး အပေါ် သို့ ရောက် စေတော်မူပါဟု ဘုရားသခင် အား တောင်းပန် လေ၏။
하나님께 아뢰되 명하여 백성을 계수하게 한 자가 내가 아니니이까 범죄하고 악을 행한 자는 곧 내니이다 이 양무리는 무엇을 행하였나이까 청컨대 나의 하나님 여호와여 주의 손으로 나와 내 아비의 집을 치시고 주의 백성에게 재앙을 내리지 마옵소서
ダビデは神に言った。「民を数えるよう命じたのは私ではありませんか。罪を犯し、大きな悪を行ったのはこの私です。しかし、この羊たちが何をしたというのでしょう。主、わが神よ、どうか御手を私と私の父の家に下してください。あなたの民を疫病に渡さないでください。」
大卫对上帝说：“吩咐数点百姓的不是我吗？犯罪、行了大恶的正是我；但这些羊做了什么呢？耶和华我的上帝啊，求你的手攻击我和我的父家；不要攻击你的子民，使他们遭受灾害。”
大卫祷告 神说：「吩咐数点百姓的不是我吗？我犯了罪，行了恶，但这群羊做了什么呢？愿耶和华—我 神的手攻击我和我的父家，不要攻击你的民，降瘟疫与他们。」

E disse Davi a Deus: Não sou eu o que fez contar o povo? Eu mesmo sou o que pequei, e certamente fiz mal; mas estas ovelhas, que fizeram? Ó SENHOR, Deus meu, seja agora tua mão contra mim, e contra a casa de meu pai, e não haja praga em teu povo.

Entonces David dijo a Dios: ¿No fui yo quien dio la orden para que la gente fuera contada?
